This project was a 2-story addition to an existing 1940's Spanish style house. The client requested to expand the home's kitchen and dining space as well as build a new master bedroom -- all while maintaining the original style of the house. While my main task for the project was to draft the full builder's set, many side tasks presented themselves during the process. These included leading client meetings, using 3D models (Rhinoceros) to help visualize the end product, formulating foundation, wall, and roof structures, and drawing existing floor plans from real-life measurements.
