This ground-up project required special attention as it derived from an E-plan that our client had provided as a basis for the design. There were seemingly many structural problems with the design, namely the large span and size of the desired cathedral ceiling. I was tasked to 3D model and draft the house, as well as consult with a structural engineer to make sure the final product would be sound.
