This build-out consisted of analyzing an existing empty restaurant space, and converting it into a bar/lounge. I was required to measure and draw the space, taking note of structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing elements. After consulting with the owner, building inspectors, and contractors, I put together construction drawings in order to obtain the local and state building permits.
